9: Space

Meditation 9_St Lukes

Space (7.15.26 - LIVE)
Most of what we inhabit is space — in the room, in the body, in the pause between breaths — and most of the time we overlook it entirely. This session uses space as both a meditation anchor and a direct path to emptiness: resting in the openness of the room gradually reveals that awareness itself has the same quality, and seeing that everything appears and disappears in space — including suffering — is impermanence felt directly rather than just understood conceptually.
