Meditation 3 - 6.3.26

Meditation 3_St Lukes

Impermanence and Unsatisfactoriness
In this session, you'll learn why everything that arises in your experience must also pass away, and how clinging to what you want and resisting what you don't both stem from missing that fact. You'll also learn the basic loop underlying every meditation practice — focus, distraction, noticing, return — and why that "bicep curl" for attention works precisely because of distraction, not despite it.
