Compassion and Loving-Kindness
In this session, you'll learn how the emptiness of the self extends outward — if you didn't choose your own causes and conditions, neither did anyone else — and how that insight dissolves the felt boundary between your well-being and others'. You'll be guided through a metta (loving-kindness) practice and learn why wishing others well is, quite literally, a form of caring for yourself.
